(1) The project that wants to get hedging facility according to this regulation should submit an application to the bank in the format as per schedule-1. Should be attached:-

(A copy of the permit obtained from the relevant body regarding the implementation of the project,
(b) Copy of the agreement relating to the investment in the project,
(c) Copy of approval letter for making foreign investment and bringing foreign currency as per rule 4,
(d) Copy of the company's memorandum and articles of association,
(e) According to Clause (e) of Rule 3, the copy of the information sheet given by the concerned Ministry in the case of projects decided by the Government of Nepal, Council of Ministers to provide hedging facilities.
